Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Adveracity ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Adveracity is an ad account monitoring and anomaly detection platform. We provide tools to connect your Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts, analyze campaign performance, detect anomalies, and provide AI-powered insights and recommendations.

Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Connected Accounts

By connecting your Google Ads or Meta Ads accounts to Adveracity, you:

  • Authorize us to access and analyze your ad account data
  • Confirm you have the authority to grant this access
  • Understand that we will not make changes to your ad accounts without your explicit action
  • Can revoke access at any time through your Google or Meta account settings

Credits and Billing

Adveracity operates on a credit-based system:

  • Credits are required to run scans and access AI-powered features
  • New accounts receive complimentary credits to get started
  • Additional credits can be purchased through subscription plans
  • Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable unless required by law
  • Unused credits from monthly plans do not roll over

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
  • Share your account credentials with third parties
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Adveracity and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Anomaly detection and AI recommendations are provided for informational purposes and should not be the sole basis for business decisions.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADVERACITY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adveracity and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Adveracity is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
